Leather Product Design Studio - R&D Blueprint

Stage 1: Sample making is a crucial step in our design process. To cover the cost of pattern cutting and other development expenses, there are minimum charges for sample making. However, we value long-term relationships with our clients, and any extra charges paid for samples will be adjusted if you place an order on the same style with a minimum quantity of 100 pieces.

FOB Sample Price:

1. For Bags: A fee of INR 3500 or 45 USD per piece applies, with uniform pricing across styles unless intricate designs or exotic leathers are involved.
2. For Wallets & Small Leather Goods: A charge of INR 1000 or 12.5 USD per piece applies, with similar pricing flexibility based on design complexity and materials used.

As a token of appreciation for our esteemed regular clients, when you commission a production order for a minimum quantity of 100 wallets, we offer to craft 2 diverse wallet style samples at production cost. Similarly, for a production order encompassing a minimum of 100 bags, we provide the opportunity to create 2 distinct bag samples at production cost.

Stage 2: Production/Bulk Orders : For bulk orders, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is set at 100 pieces per style and color. During bulk production, you will receive approval samples (3-5 pieces) for your evaluation and approval. Once approved, we will dispatch the bulk quantity to you within the next 20 days, with the approval sample prices matching the production order prices.
