Mariam Fashions is a legacy in the world of leather, spanning three generations of excellence. Our journey began with our grandfathers who were prominent Raw Leather traders. In the late 1960s, our father moved the family business from UP to Kolkata, West Bengal, where he continued to deal in Raw Leather, hides, and skins of cow, buffalo, goat, and sheep. Over time, he diversified into leather tanning, progressing from raw to wet blue processing.

When we, the third generation of the Mariam Fashions family, entered the leather business, we embarked on a journey from wet blue tanning to the production of high-quality finished leather. However, our vision extended beyond merely supplying finished leather to other exporters in Kolkata or India. We set out to utilize our own leather to craft exceptional leather goods, giving birth to the concept of Mariam Fashions.
